


Hi, welcome. As you probably already know, I'm Tanya Elise, and I'm the face behind Lady Harmony, The Home of Holistic Approaches. I'm a Melbourne-based Spinal Energetics Practitioner, Wellness Event, and Retreat Facilitator, offering in-person sessions from 8 Albert Street, Richmond, Victoria, Australia, 3121, as well as virtual sessions worldwide online via Zoom (communication app).
I've created this Welcome Pack to give you all the important details you need for your upcoming session — from what to expect to how to prepare. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, confident, and ready to dive into your Spinal Energetics experience with ease and clarity.
My intentions for creating Lady Harmony came from a personal place. I wanted Lady Harmony to be a safe space for individuals to open up, unravel, discover, and express who they were, and who they want wanted to be, without expectations or judgment. My role here at Lady Harmony is to hold space for you to do so.
I am here to help shift and change the conversation around the way we deal with and release suppressed emotions, grief, and trauma. I am here to help you forgive and accept the light side and the shadow side of all that you are past, present, and future.
Through a blend of energetic Body-Centered approaches, it is my aim to offer you a sense of harmony through the mind, the body, and the soul through the use of Spinal Energetics, mindfulness practices, gentle guidance, and practical and sacred tools, with the hopes of enhancing your spiritual connection to your higher self and divine energy. I'm so excited for you to be here, and I'm really looking forward to meeting you and starting this journey with you!

YOUR ZOOM LINK & SESSION TIME REMINDER
Upon booking, you would have received an automated email containing your zoom link and details about your session date/time. Be sure to save that email!
Note: if you travel to another country, etc, with a different time zone after completing the booking, just remember that your appointment time/date stays in the time zone of where you booked it.

PREPARE YOUR SPACE & MEDITATE: VIEW HERE

Choose a quiet, private space (pets included) with good lighting (eye mask welcome) where you can lie comfortably on a bed, massage table, or yoga mat.

Ensure your phone/computer are fully charged and your internet, microphone, and speakers are working. Position your camera to show your entire body (head to toe) lying down horizontally.

Join 5–10 minutes early to relax in the zoom waiting area, set a positive intention for your session, and meditate.
PRE-SESSION TIPS

Clothing: Wear warm, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that's not too thick or heavy.

Hydrate: Keep yourself well-hydrated days before your session and consume electrolytes for best results. For nerve cells to communicate — including brain cells — your body needs electrolytes.

Take It Easy: Keep your session day stress-free! It’ll help you get the most out of your healing experience!
AFTERCARE EMAIL
After your first session, you can expect a follow-up email containing my 3-Day Guide to 'Navigating Your Energetics Shifts'. This guide is full of all the tips you'll need to support yourself as you integrate your energetic upgrades.

To ensure you get the most from your Spinal Energetics session, we'll begin with a brief consultation, where we'll review your New Client Form and discuss your primary needs and goals.
MEDITATION, GENTLE BREATHWORK & NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT
Before we deep dive into your Spinal Energetics session, we'll begin with grounding practices to help you relax, reconnect with your body, and calm your mind.
TAILORED SPINAL ENERGETICS TECHNIQUES
Using specific techniques, we’ll help you release what no longer serves you, bringing your body and energy into balance.
SUPPORT DURING YOUR SESSION
I'll be supporting you throughout your session with verbal cues and guidance as needed, ensuring you feel safe, supported, and at ease as you move through your Spinal Energetics experience.
POST-SESSION REVIEW & FEEDBACK
At the end of your session, we’ll take time to review the work we’ve done, discuss any insights, and I’ll provide feedback on what I’ve noticed. We’ll also set goals for the coming weeks to guide your progress until the next session.
