Hi, I'm Tanya Elise. I'm the practitioner behind Lady Harmony, based in Melbourne, where I offer Spinal Energetics, Reiki, Breathwork, and immersive wellness experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself. The name isn't about me, it's about the harmony I hope you find here.

If we've never met before, there's one thing I'd love you to know. I don't believe healing is something that can be done to you. I believe your body already knows what it needs. Sometimes it simply needs the right environment, enough safety, and someone willing to listen without trying to force an outcome.

That's how I approach every session. No two people are the same, so no two sessions should be either. Some days your nervous system might be ready to process something that's been sitting beneath the surface for years. Other days, it might simply need permission to slow down and breathe. Neither is better than the other. My role isn't to decide where your journey should go. It's to meet you where you are.

Long before I became a practitioner, I spent fifteen years as a hairdresser. Looking back, I realise I was already doing many of the same things I do now. Listening deeply, reading between the lines, and creating a space where people could exhale for a little while.

In 2022, everything I'd built came apart. The work I'd known for years had come to an end, and I found myself wondering what came next. I was scrolling Instagram one night when a Spinal Energetics ad appeared, and I recognised the page. Two years earlier, I'd dismissed it outright. This time, something in me said yes before my mind caught up.

 

I signed up for training before I'd ever had a session myself. It wasn't because I believed I'd found all the answers. It was because it reminded me that our bodies are incredibly intelligent when we're willing to listen to them. That decision changed the direction of my life.

 

Today, it shapes the way I hold space for every person who walks through my door, not by trying to lead their experience, but by trusting the intelligence that's already within them. That philosophy now sits at the heart of everything I do. Whether we're working together through Spinal Energetics, Reiki, Breathwork, or in one of my group experiences, my intention is never to "fix" you. You don't need fixing.

 

My intention is simply to create a space where you can become more connected to yourself, your body, your emotions, and your own inner wisdom. Because lasting change rarely comes from someone giving you the answers. More often, it comes from remembering that many of them were already within you.

 

When you leave a session, I want you to feel more resourced. More aware. More grounded. More trusting of yourself than when you arrived. Every session is a collaboration between you, your body, and the space we create together.
