SHIPPING CURRENTLY WITHIN AUSTRALIA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:
POSTAGE SERVICES:
We use Australia Post, a carbon-neutral delivery service within Australia and the United States of America.
ORDERS PROCESSING:
We process all orders within 1-3 business days unless we receive your order during a public holiday or on the weekend. In this case, your order will be processed on the following business day. Once your order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping within Australia:
Shipping within Australia takes between 2-8 business days depending on location. NOTE: We are currently only offering shipping within Australia at 'Standard Shipping' Rates.
Please note that delivery to rural areas can sometimes take up to 12 business days.
Deliveries to Post Office Boxes are currently not possible.
Shipping within the United States of America:
Shipping within the United States of America takes between 10-20 business days depending on location. NOTE: We are currently only offering shipping within the United States of America at 'Standard Shipping' Rates.
Please note that delivery to rural areas can sometimes take up to 30 business days.
Deliveries to Post Office Boxes are currently not possible.
PAYMENT:
Please note that all prices indicated and payments made on this site are in AUD.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
From time to time we may need to contact you in relation to your order. We will never pass on your details to third parties except for our courier who may need to contact you regarding your delivery.
Additionally, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all personal details such as a delivery address and contact details are correct as once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
Furthermore, whilst we endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible, Lady Harmony cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by our postal and logistic providers.
IMPORTANT FOR DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA:
For destinations outside Australia, additional costs such as customs charges and taxes may be payable at the destination. We do not account for these additional charges at checkout and they will not be added to your cart. We advise international customers to check import charges with their local customs office before ordering. We are required to declare the full value of your order on our invoices for customs purposes and cannot change the value of your order.
AUSTRALIA RETURNS:
We will happily accept your return within 15 days of receipt of the item if it is still in a new and unopened condition and if you have proof of purchase. In order to arrange a return please contact us first via hello.ladyharmony@gmail.com.Once we authorise your return, we will send you return instructions.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery method to avoid any issues processing your return. Please understand that we cannot issue a refund if we haven’t received your items.
Returns via post are to be paid by the customers unless otherwise agreed with us.
Please be mindful when returning an item and ensure that it is wrapped up and protected as we reserve the right to deduct or charge for any damage that occurs during the returns process.
Please bear in mind that it can take up to 7 days for your return to appear in your account. All refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for the purchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
If you are returning an item from outside Australia please be sure to clearly mark it as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ in order to avoid customs fees being applied. We reserve the right to deduct any fees that might be applied to returned items such as customs duties, handling costs, tax on imports etc.
Please bear in mind that it can take up to 7 days for your return to appear in your account. All refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for the purchase.
