Your Initial Consultation:
Firstly, it's completely normal to feel a mix of excitement and perhaps a few nerves before your first session with Spinal Energetics. To help ease any nerves you may have, I'd start with a relaxed chat to understand your current state, including how you're feeling, any specific concerns you may have, and your personal goals. This allows me to tailor the session to your unique needs, ensuring that we focus on what matters most to you.
In-Person and Virtual Sessions:
Whether you’re booked in for in-persons or virtual sessions, I want to ensure that you have a comfortable and inviting space to fully engage with the experience. For in-person sessions, I provide a cosy, quiet environment where you can unwind and switch off before we begin. For virtual sessions, I'll email you a helpful guide with tips on creating a calming environment at home, allowing you to settle in and prepare for an insightful experience.
Your Spinal Energetics Assessment:
At the start of your session, we'll conduct a gentle physical and visual assessment of your physical state of being and energetic layers to identify areas that may need extra attention. By utilising a combination of Spinal Energetics techniques and intuitive observation, I can gain a clear picture of how best to support you during the session.
Throughout the session, I'll use various techniques based on the outcome of your assessment. These may include gentle touch (for in-person sessions) to guide energy flow and release tension, as well as energetic activations designed to enhance connections through your emotional, mental, and spiritual layers. Additionally, I'll may incorporate breathwork techniques to encourage relaxation and energy flow, as well as guided visualisations to help you connect with your inner self and relieve any built-up tension or stress.
The Session Focus: My main focus during the session will be on rebalancing and strengthening your body-mind connection, addressing any stagnant energy, and restoring the flow to your energy field. This approach aims to relieve physical and emotional tension, bring back a sense of balance, and boost your overall vitality.
Reflection and Integration: Following the session, we'll take some time to integrate everything you've experienced. I'll guide you through a reflection exercise, allowing you to share any sensations, insights, or questions that have arisen. I'll also provide you with personalised aftercare tips to help you maintain the benefits at home and we'll discuss options for your next session, ensuring a smooth continuation of your healing journey.
Follow-Up:
As a part of the service, you'll have the opportunity for a follow-up within 24-72 hours after your session. This follow-up allows you to share any shifts you may have noticed or ask further questions. It's my way of providing ongoing support, enabling you to integrate the changes into your daily life with greater ease and understanding.
