Depending on the technique used, breathwork can feel calming and grounding or deeply activating and cathartic, creating space for emotional processing and insight.

How Virtual Sessions Work:
โข Held via Zoom
โข Ensure your camera and sound are on so I can support your experience
โข You may lie on a bed, yoga mat, or comfortable space
โข Please have your device charged and your environment quiet and safe
Breathwork is not suitable for those:
-Under 18 without parental/guardian consent and presence
-Pregnant (unless cleared by your healthcare provider)
-Recent physical injuries, fractures, or surgeries that limit breathing
-High blood pressure or cardiovascular conditions unless cleared by a doctor
-Epilepsy or seizure disorders unless cleared by a doctor
-Severe psychiatric conditions or acute emotional crises
-Any medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that may make intense breathwork unsafe
