• Payments are required to be paid in full to secure your spot upon booking. PayPal is available at the checkout and will allow you to split your payment into 4 instalments over 6 weeks.


Logistics:

Virtual Sessions are held online via ZOOM.

You will need an internet connection, laptop, computer, or mobile phone. You will need your camera and sound on so I can see and hear you during your session. Please make sure these are charged before your session.

You can use your bed, yoga mat, or massage table.

Welcome Pack:
You will receive an email explaining everything you need to know and do before your session/s in your New Client Welcome Pack. It covers a pre-session checklist, expectations, etc, so you'll feel super informed and organised before your session.

Aftercare Guide:
You will also receive an Aftercare Guide via email that will support you after your session/s that I have intentionally put together to help you navigate your Spinal Energetic shifts as your body, mind, and soul integrate the changes.

Follow Up Check-in Email:
For both New Clients and Returning Clients, you will all receive a Follow Up Check-in Email after every session with me for additional support.
