• Payments are required to be paid in full to secure your spot upon booking. PayPal is available at the checkout and will allow you to split your payment into 4 instalments over 6 weeks.


Logistics:

Virtual Sessions are held online via ZOOM.

You will need an internet connection, laptop, computer, or mobile phone. You will need your camera and sound on so I can see and hear you during your session. Please make sure these are charged before your session.

You can use your bed, yoga mat, or massage table.

Insights & Session Summary:
After your session, you’ll receive a personalised insights and a session summary via email. This will include key themes, energetic patterns, and any intuitive insights that came up during your session so you don't have to try and remember it all. It may also highlight areas of tension or release, guidance for integration, and suggestions to support your ongoing journey. This summary is designed to help you deepen your awareness, reflect on your experience, and continue your healing process with clarity and intention long after the session.

Follow Up Check-in Email:
Every session with me includes a complimentary follow-up check-in email for additional support.

Spinal Energetics is not suitable for those:

-Under 12
-Pregnant
-Detached Retina or Glaucoma
-Recent physical injuries, fractures, or surgeries
-High Blood Pressure (that is not controlled with medication)
-Recent Cardiovascular conditions (Angina, Heart Attack/s, or Stroke/s)
-Diagnosis of an Aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
-Epilepsy/Seizures
-Prior diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Multiple Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, or previous psychiatric conditions
-Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 12 months
-Psychosis, Panic Disorder or very severe cases of Depression/Anxiety
-Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions which would impair or affect your ability to engage in any activities that involve physical and/or emotional releases
